Grobyc is the Porre military's "secret weapon" (or one of them, at least). He is a killer robot invented by Luccia, and "only-takes-orders-from-those-who-are-stronger."

Recruitment

Defeat him after the Porre soldiers sick him on you. He joins outside the dragon stables after you unleash the stampeding dragons upon the soldiers. Duck and weave, Grobyc!

Where to find Grobyc's lv. 7 tech

Go to Chronopolis. On the second floor (the door is under the blue bar in the stairwell), be careful going through the red laser sensors because an Aero-Guard pops up out of the floor hatch. The back door is locked, so go through the doorway at the bottom of the screen. In the hall, enter the doorway all the way on the left and talk to the ghost in the back-left corner of the room, who's wondering where the lock release for the elevator was. The computer right next to him releases the lock. Go back to the door (where the red security beams were) and enter. The trunk on the right side of the room contains his level 7 tech.
