Norris/Ishito "Black Wind" Leader 26 Male 5'10" 137 lbs. Right-Handed Average Gun Yellow Porre, Zenan Mainland

Commander Norris of the Porre Military. He is also a member of Porre's Black Wind, a special forces/spy team. He infiltrated Viper Manor, working as a dishwasher, so as to learn the whereabouts of the Frozen Flame. He found out that it wasn't in the Manor, and reported back to Porre. When he returned, however, the Dragoons had disappeared, and the Manor was in ruins. He is a good-hearted person, in both worlds, and just wants to learn the truth about what happened.

Recruitment

Find Norris in the basement of Viper Manor ruins in Home World. Talk to him, and he joins on the pretense of finding out what happened to the Dragoons.
