Starky is an alien who crash-landed in the El Nido Triangle (Home World) and is looking for the pieces of his ship (Star Fragments) to rebuild it.

Recruitment

Retrieve the Star Fragment from the El Nido Triangle, then go to Sky Dragon Isle. Open the chest, and MegaStarky comes running, demanding the Star Fragment while trying to stomp on your head. Defeat him, and chase him around the island (come back here, ya leetle idjit!), and he joins you in the hope that his ship is still intact in the other world.
