Not much is known about Dragoon Deva Zoah, except that he's huge, and likes to yell, hence the ALL CAPS when he talks. Also, his favorite word seems to be "INDEED." Other than that, there's not much to say about this guy, except that he always wears a large iron mask covering his whole head. This may or may not explain his apparent need to yell.
