Talk to the guy in the courtyard of the House of Salvation in the Iselia region to be able to use these. Press X after locating each monument to activate
Long-Range Mode (i.e., riding Noishe).

Triet: East of the Sylvarant base

Izoold: From the Ossa Trail, go North, then west. When you see a bridge, turn left just before the bridge

East Palmacosta and Thoda: From Palmacosta, follow the path left, then go right when it splits. Take another right,
skip the first left, then take the second left all the way to the back. OR from the Palmacosta Ranch go south til you reach some mountains, then go west.

Northeast Palmacosta and Hakonesia Peak: From the House of Salvation between Palmacosta and Hakonesia Peak, go northeast
til you find a bunch of trees. At the end of those trees is the monument.

East Luin and Asgard: From Luin, go north (it's really easy to see from Luin).

West Luin and Hima: It's practically next to the Map Skit circle in the Hima region. OR from Hima, go south,
then east around the mountains, then keep going east, and it'll be near the end on your left.

Meltokio: East of Meltokio is a House of Guidance. Southwest of that is the monument.

Sybak and Northeast Archipelago: Enter the Gaoracchia Forest, then go north to end up on the field map on the other side of the forest.
Go northwest, then north, and continue going around the mountains there. You'll eventually see it to the east.

Gaoracchia and Flanoir: On the island to the southeast of the Temple of Lightning, OR northeast of the pier near
Ozette.

Altamira and Ymir: south and a tad east of the Tower of Salvation.

Mining mountain range (Toize Valley): East and a tad north (other side of the mountain range) of the Toize Valley
Mine.

Katz' Village: From Katz' Village, take the path with your back to the village, then take the first break going
right, and the monument's at the end.
