Sidenotes: Regal has been imprisoned for killing his fiancée. He makes a deal with the Pope: If he captures Colette and brings her to him, Regal will go free. This plan backfires, however, when your party beats the crap out of him. He rarely speaks, leading some to wonder if he thinks he's the "silent protagonist" of Chrono games tradition.
