Where found: In the Container onboard Kusumi's ship

Background: Washu, or "Washuchan," as she prefers to be called, also calls herself the "Number One Genius in the Universe." And she's not all that far off in her assumption, either. She's the one who created Ryoko and Ryo Oki, amoung lots of other stuff, and in the Tenchi Muyou! Ryo Oki dimension (which this game is based off of), she is awakened by Mihoshi after being imprisoned for aeons onboard a subworld on Kagato's ship.
