Dragoon Deva Marcy is the daughter of Fargo and the mermaid Zelbess. She is also sister to Nikki, the main attraction of the band called The Magical Dreamers, although she doesn't believe Nikki on this (in fact, she thinks he's just some big weirdo... ^<__<^;; ). Marcy does not know her past, or who her family is. She almost died during childbirth along with her mother, but Luccia was able to save her, and kept watch over her from afar out of guilt over not being able to save Zelbess, too.

Recruitment
