Pierre, the scrawny French guy who wants to take Dario's empty place in the Dragoon Devas. He apparently thinks he's a hero... he did however study under the legendary Cyrus, somehow. Even though Cyrus lived and died in 600 AD...

Recruitment

Go to the smithy in Another World's Termina. Find Pierre in the back room. He mentions that he is going to Viper Manor, but he can't go without his Hero's Medal. Stop the kid running about in the yard. Get Pierre's Hero's Medal from the kid, and give it back to Pierre. Talk to him twice for him to insult you, and join your party (only if you haven't recruited Guile or Nikki).

Where to find Pierre's level 7 tech

Make sure you have the Prop Sword item from the Dead Sea. Go visit Pierre in Zappa's back room in Another World's Termina (so obviously he can't be in your current party when you do this). When you're able to stop him running about, he talks about having realized he's not a real hero, but that he's going to train harder to become one. The Prop Sword becomes the Hero's Blade, and he learns his tech.
