Lady Riddel is the daughter of General Viper. She was also Dario's fiancée, and Karsh's love interest. Kid saves her from an untimely death near the beginning of the game up on the balcony of the Manor, after kidnapping her, of course.

Recruitment

Rescue Riddel from the occupied Viper Manor, then talk to her at Hermit's Hideaway, at which point she joins.

Where to find Riddel's level 7 tech

After the Isle of the Damned sidequest and the Dario sidequest, take Riddel to the destroyed Viper Manor (Home World). She tells her father she's gonna rebuild the Manor as an orphanage, and Dario gives her her tech.
