Sidenotes: As the guy in charge of Halloween, Jack pretty much runs Halloween Town, for two reasons: 1) Every day in Halloween Town is Halloween, and 2) the Mayor of Halloween Town pretty much can't figure out what to do about anything without consulting Jack. But, of course, coming up with a new idea for Halloween every single day can leave you running out of ideas pretty fast. So Jack thought that using the Heartless could result in making a really scary Halloween! Of course, this ended up backfiring...
