Sidenotes: Donald was the first person to discover that King Mickey was missing (well, besides Pluto, Mickey's faithful dog). He tried to keep the King's disappearance from Queen Minnie and her lady-in-waiting Daisy, but failed miserably, as he didn't realize that the two were right behind him while he was telling Goofy about the incident. He has a rather rocky relationship with Daisy, which possibly made the whole "not telling the girls" thing just a bit worse. At the end of Kingdom Hearts, they found their King, only to lose him again as he locked himself and Riku behind the Door to Darkness, so their quest continues.

Recruitment: Upon entering Castle Oblivion, Donald and Goofy get turned into cards that you can use in battle. They can only appear out of card form in the game when you are in between floors.
