After destroying the Asgard Human Ranch, enter Harley's workshop (Asgard, first level, house on the right, use the door in the back right-hand corner of the room) and talk to him to receive the Figurine Book. Take the book to Dirk in Iselia and he teaches you how to process pellets. From then on, just inspect the stove to start processing pellets to make figurines.
