Colette's Dog Lover title

To obtain this title, put Colette as your on-screen character and have her talk to every single dog in both worlds. The locations of these dogs can be found here.

Zelos' Gigolo title

To obtain this title, equip his Personal Ex Skill, put Zelos as your on-screen character and have him talk to every single woman in both worlds. He also gets free items from them when he does this. The locations of all of the women can be found here.

Regal's True Chef/Presea's Master Chef/Zelos' Gourmet Prince/Sheena's Master Cook/Raine's Passable Chef?/Genis' Little Chef/Kratos' Gourmet Master/Colette's Charismatic Chef/ Lloyd's Gourmet King title

Obtain all of the recipes (found here), then speak to the Gourmet Chef in Altamira with the character you want to obtain the title for.

Darkness/Devil's Arms weapons/sealed chests

The Devil's Arms weapons can become the best weapons in the game. They seem to have really shitty attack power, but their power increases with each kill the character weilding them makes (this doesn't show up in the menu, just in battle). I guess it takes a lot of patience. Talk to Abyssion (guy sitting on the steps in front of his house) in Flanoir to start this sidequest and get Nebilim's Key. He also tells you how Nebilim was defeated by a swordsman, but his evil energy was infused into the swordsman's nine weapons (which are the things you'll be hunting for in this sidequest).

• Nebilim (dual katana for Lloyd): Talk to Abyssion to open the sidequest, and he gives this to you.
  
  
• Evil Eye (chakram for Colette): Lure the Bacura in the Toize Valley Mine towards the switch, then step on it to have a boulder start rolling towards you. Quickly run out of its way, and the Bacura gets annihilated. Inspect its remains on the lower level to acquire the Evil Eye.
  
  
• Fafnir (sword for Zelos/Kratos): Open the dark chest inside Gaoracchia Forest using Nebilim's Key.
  
  
• Gates of Hell (ofuda for Sheena): Find the Gnomelette in the Toize Valley Mine and feed him a potion, after which he goes "home" (to the Temple of Earth). After completing the Temple of Earth, find the other Gnomelette in Altessa's house and tell him that "Big Brother" (the Gnomelette in the Toize Valley Mine) has already gone home for him to also go home. Return to the Temple of Earth, use the secret passage, go past the Dragon, then approach the Gnomelettes all the way on the right. The Gnomelette from Altessa's house runs up, and all the Gnomelettes run off. Continue right to obtain this weapon.
  
  
• Disaster (kendama for Genis): Spend the night at the Hotel Lezareno in Altamira after completing the Remote Island Human Ranch, and choose that you're going out during the night. Board the elemental railcar and go to the Casino and Theatre area, then go towards the theatre and talk to the blond guy on the way there. Pay him 1,000g, and he'll give it to you. Abyssion also shows up again and tells you about a curse.
  
  
• Soul Eater (sword for Zelos/Kratos): Fly to Triet using the Rheairds and talk to the guy standing a bit south and left of the Katz crew, then enter the back area and talk to the guy near the dog. Now leave and run (yes, I said run, not fly) north towards that one mountain, then veer left around it to find a random skit point. As soon as you enter it, you enter a boss battle. ... well, sort of. He may be huge, and he may hit hard, but you don't even need to use a U Attack to kill this thing off. Eh.

  Like I said, this isn't a hard fight. This guy will disappear underground often, though, which is annoying, and will sometimes end up trapping one of your party members alone in a corner and then kill them pretty quickly, but otherwise this is really easy.
  

Waitressing and Colette's Turbo Waitress title

Enter the Palmacosta Academy's cafeteria and talk to the owner (he's in the back). He asks Colette if she would like to be a waitress for awhile. Answer yes, and do decently (i.e., first two rounds perfectly, and only two mistakes in the last round) to receive this title. You can also play this minigame anytime you want for gald (max received is 490g).

EB

EB stands for Emotion Balloon. Talk to the Katz on the Izoold docks (sometimes he takes a vacation, i.e. around the time you head to the Tower of Salvation in Sylvarant) to start this game. There are three levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard, and prizes for each. You can play as many times as you want to. Easy mode just uses the four directional buttons, while Normal and Hard use the top (L(eft) and R(ight)) buttons, as well. The emotions for the directional buttons are randomized for each individual game of EB that you play, but happy (arms in the air) is always L and sad (left arm on forehead) is always R.

Orienteering

After beating up on Kilia in Palmacosta, talk to the guard that has suddenly appeared in the bottom right-hand corner of the town circle. You start a long, arduous game which gets you no prizes whatsoever. Also, once you start the game, you can save in the Inn if you want to, but you CANNOT leave Palmacosta until either a) you finish the game, or b) talk to the guard again and give up.

Red Light/Green Light, and Genis' Strategist title/One World kendama

Talk to the little blue Katz on the Tethe'alla bridge whenever you can actually cross it (with Genis in the party) to start this minigame. Win all three rounds to get Genis' Strategist title, and win them again after using the Vinheim Key to get Genis' One World kendama.
