Techs



These are the different skills that your characters can acquire during the game. Your character can either be S (Strike) or T (Technical), and you can check which one they are in the ingame menu. Which one they are determines what skills that character can learn. If they are stuck in the middle between T and S, they will not learn any new techs, or any of their blued-in techs. You can nudge them to one side or another by equipping them with a Strike or Technical Ring, or giving them Ex Skills of one type or the other (information on Ex Skills can be found here). You can learn some skills from one branch and some from the other, as long as they are not the same type (i.e., Genis' Explosion and Genis' Flame Lance), unless you use a certain glitch (more information on this glitch can be found on the FAQ page).

Fierce Demon Fang: Level 2 Special Attack: create a large shockwave.

Beast: Level 2 Special Attack: slam battle energy into the enemy and blow it away.

Sonic Sword Rain: Level 2 Special Attack: a countless number of thrusts that end with a powerful blow.

Heavy Tiger Blade: Level 2 Special Attack: upward cut, then slam down with a downward cut.
*Note: Use Tiger Blade 50+ times.

Psi Tempest: Level 2 Special Attack: attack with a spiral cut from the ground up.
*Note: Use Tempest 50+ times.

Hunting Beast: Level 3 Special Attack: an upward cut and slam the earth to create a shockwave.
*Note: Use Beast 50+ times.

Demonic Thrust: Level 3 Special Attack: combination of Demon Fang and Sonic Thrust.
*Note: Use Demon Fang and Sonic Thrust 50+ times.

Demonic Tiger Blade: Level 3 Special Attack: combination of Demon Fang and Tiger Blade.
